How we handle your data.
Data in Europe
Aiclo’s data is hosted exclusively on servers in the European Union. It never leaves the EU, for any reason and to any external provider.
Zero access from us
No one on the Aiclo team, now or in the future, has access to the conversations recorded in your account.
Granular access control
You decide who sees what. The manager can limit visibility by individual rep, by team, by deal type.
Your data doesn’t train public models
Conversations recorded on Aiclo are not used to train public AI models, neither by Aiclo nor by the AI providers we use. Your data stays yours in this sense too.
GDPR. Built into the product, not bolted on later.
Aiclo was born in Europe, and GDPR compliance isn’t a feature added later, it’s an integral part of the product’s architecture.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to all personal data processed by Aiclo. This includes conversation recordings, transcriptions, rep and prospect profiles, and all associated metadata.

What we collect. And why.
We collect only the data needed for the platform to work. Nothing more.
When the contract ends, all data is deleted within 60 days of the expiry date. On explicit request, deletion can happen immediately.
How Aiclo’s AI works. And what it doesn’t do with your data.
Aiclo uses artificial intelligence models to transcribe, analyze and score sales conversations. These models are called every time a deal is processed by the platform.
The AI providers we use operate in "zero data retention" mode for our customers’ data: conversations are processed to produce the analysis and are neither stored nor used to train public models.
Aiclo’s AI models are improved over time on anonymous, aggregated internal datasets, not on customers’ specific conversations.
Your data is used to generate your insights. Not to improve the product for others. Not to train public models. Not for any other purpose.
Frequently asked questions.
Yes. In compliance with the GDPR and data protection law, reps must be informed and consent to the recording of conversations they take part in. Aiclo provides customers with the necessary notice and consent templates during onboarding. The manager is responsible for collecting consent within their own organization.
When the contract ends, all data associated with the account is deleted within 60 days. At the customer’s explicit request, deletion can happen immediately on the termination date. Before deletion, the customer can export all of their data in a structured format.
Aiclo’s data is hosted on cloud infrastructure with data centers in the European Union. We do not use providers with data centers outside the EU for any component that processes customer data.
We are not currently ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified. We apply the security measures required by the GDPR and documented in our internal security policy. Formal certifications are on our roadmap. If you have specific compliance requirements, contact us at privacy@aiclo.io to discuss them in detail.
Yes. The DPA is available to all Aiclo customers. You can request it by writing to privacy@aiclo.io
No. No one on the Aiclo team has access to the conversations recorded in your account. The only case in which an Aiclo technician might access specific data is in your presence, with the customer’s authorization, for documented technical support purposes.
